Psalm 138

The moment I called out, you stepped in; you made my life large with strength.

BOLD MOVES 

Are you giving thanks to God with your whole heart? Are you singing his praises? Did the challenges of life force you to your knees where you had no choice but to look up. Well this is what this Psalm is about. David is thanking God for his steadfast love and faithfulness.

We too can give thanks to God because he intervenes on our behalf each and every day. When we are in the midst of trouble God steps in. Think of it this way God sends in his drill team where we are the instruments and then God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit produce in military like fashion deliverance. We are moved then from a place of despair and desperation to one of courage and daring. We are no longer hesitant or fearful, because we have the assurance of God’s hand upon us and are assured that he will continue to step in and bring us through.

Prayer 

Lord we give thanks today
And praise you for making a way
We called on you and you were there
Because of how much you care
Lord we can now boldly move along
Your steadfast love has made us strong.
